By the time the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV starts to arrive in the UK in spring 2014, it will be two years since it was revealed. Mitsubishi had promised the Outlander PHEV would start to arrive in 2013, and they’ve managed to stick to theat, just, by announcing the start of production of the plug-in Outlander for Europe last month.
